Norway - February 12, 2003 ? (DVD) - Instead of reprising the cast of the first animated film dubbed in 1995, Norway reprised the voices of the 1996 live-action remake for the main cast.
- Tommy Karlsen, part of the additional voices, was found dead in his home in Oslo on February 6, 2024. After a fall on the ice, he suffered from chest pain and shortness of breath in the last days of his life, which turned out to be a blood clot in the lung. He was 48 years-old.
