Taiwan - November 5, 2004 (Cinema) - "Barbie Hsu" Xú Xī-Yuàn (徐熙媛), the voice of Elastigirl, died in Tokyo during a family trip on February 2, 2025, at the age of 48. Her sister "Dee Hsu" Xú Xī-Dì (徐熙娣), the voice of Mirage, confirmed through her agent that the cause of death was pneumonia stemming from influenza complications.
- "Blackie Chen" Chén Jiàn-Zhōu (陳建州), the voice of Frozone, was only 27 years old when he dubbed the character; he was younger than Syndrome's and even Violet's voices.
Former basketball player of Hakka background, his darker skin tone earned him the nickname "Blackie". Now male artist and entrepreneur, he started his entertainment career by signing a management contract with producer Wáng Wěi-Zhōng (王偉忠), the voice of Mr. Incredible. - Sūn Dé-Chéng (孫德成), the voice of Gilbert Huph, died on September 5, 2012 of liver cancer. He was 59 years-old.
- Zhào Míng-Zhé (趙明哲), part of the additional voices, died on November 24, 2005, aged 41.
