  • Mila Belo, who was the speaking voice of Ariel in the animated movie (1998 dub), returned here to dub Jodi Benson, Ariel's original voice, as the Market Vendor.
  • This is the second time Ana Cloe dubbed an animated character originally voiced by Awkwafina, after Sisu in "Raya and the Last Dragon" (2021).
  • Sandra de Castro, part of the additional voices, was the voice of Melody, Ariel's daughter, in the 2000 animated sequel "Return to the Sea".
