- Roberto Colucci, the voice of Rameses, died on August 26, 2000, in a car accident in Glendale, California, trying to save his 10 years-old son from being run over. He was 41 years-old.
- Maru Dueñas, the singing voice of the Queen, was credited with her full name, María Eugenia Dueñas on the VHS. She also died in a car accident, on November 11, 2017, at 50 years-old.
- On the soundtrack and BLU-RAY, Olinsser Equihua (singing voice of Moses) is credited as Olinser Equiwa; while Fazio Galván (singing voice of Rameses) is credited as Bonifacio Galván.
