  • Both Egyptian and Modern Standard Arabic casts share the same voices. This same cast - at the exception of the new characters and Nala's speaking voice - also dubbed their characters in the Modern Standard Arabic dub of the animated movie made around the same time.
  • Adel Khalaf (عادل خلف) and Salwa Mohammad Aly (سلوى محمد علي) reprised their role as Zazu and Shenzi respectively, whom they dubbed back in 1994 in the Egyptian dub of the animated movie. They had already reprised these roles in the 2013 JeemTV dub of the movie in Modern Standard Arabic.
  • Ahmad Khalil (أحمد خليل), the voice of Scar, Mohammad Al-Shershaby (محمد الشرشابي), the voice of Mufasa, and Galal Al-Hagrasy (جلال الهجرسي), the voice of Pumbaa, also previously dubbed these roles in the 2013 JeemTV dub of the animated movie.
  • Noha Fekry (نهى فكري), the singing voice of Nala, was the speaking and singing voice of the character in the 2013 JeemTV dub of the animated movie. She also reprised the role as both speaking and singing in the 2022 Modern Standard Arabic dub of the animated movie.
